By accessing or using ILoveListing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

ILoveListing is an AI-powered tool that generates product listings for online marketplaces. You upload product images, and our service uses artificial intelligence to create titles, descriptions, tags, and other listing content optimized for platforms such as Etsy, eBay, Vinted, Amazon, Poshmark, and Depop.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use ILoveListing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

ILoveListing offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to sell prohibited items.
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the service beyond normal usage.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the listings generated from them. ILoveListing retains all rights to the service itself, including its design, code, AI models, and branding. You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded images solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

ILoveListing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated listings. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing it to any marketplace. In no event shall ILoveListing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of ILoveListing after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
