1. Information We Collect

When you use ILoveListing, we collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Your email address and profile details when you create an account.
• Uploaded content: Product images you upload for listing generation. Images are processed and stored temporarily to provide the service.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with ILoveListing, including pages visited, features used, and listings generated.
• Payment information: Billing details are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the ILoveListing service.
• To process your product images and generate marketplace listings using AI.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
• To monitor usage patterns and improve our AI models and user experience.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ILoveListing:

• Supabase: Authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
• Anthropic: AI-powered listing generation through the Claude API.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

4. Chrome Extension

Our Chrome extension ("ILoveListing — Listing Autofill") lets you fill marketplace forms directly from your browser. Here is how it handles your data:

• Authentication token: A unique token is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. This token is used to fetch your listings from our server. It is never shared with third parties.
• Listing data: The extension fetches your finalized listings (title, description, tags, price, etc.) from ilovelisting.com and caches them locally for up to 5 minutes. No listing data is sent to any third party.
• Marketplace interaction: The extension injects a popup on supported marketplaces (Vinted, eBay, Etsy, Amazon, Poshmark, Depop) to help you fill form fields. It does not read, collect, or transmit any data from these websites.
• No tracking: The extension does not collect analytics, browsing history, or any personal data beyond what is needed to display your listings.

You can disconnect and revoke your token at any time from the extension popup or from your account settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and listing history for as long as your account is active. Uploaded images used for generation are stored for the duration of your subscription to enable listing history and regeneration. You can delete individual listings at any time from your history. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data and account.
• Export your listing data.
• Opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of ILoveListing after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
